Amazon has sent the wrong item

Some of our items are sent directly by Amazon using their postage service. If you have received the incorrect item from Amazon then this is how to get things sorted;

  1. Go to Returns Support Centre.
    • Click Return items. To return an incorrect item: click Return or Replace Items for the item you need to return and choose Wrong item was sent in the Why are you returning this? from the drop-down menu.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to get a return mailing label and choose a return option.
  3. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order.

Amazon will arrange to collect your item and replace it within a few days. If you have any questions, please contact us.
